Lacrime e speranze
Le brezze della sera
trascinano
voli di pipistrelli
eppure... in alto
pende una grossa Luna
che invoglia a sognare!
Lacrime e speranze
in questa Terra antica
s’intrecciano da sempre
in un andare misterioso.
Unghie indolenzite
consunte
rovesciano da sempre
pietre e rocce
e corvi e avvoltoi
disegnano continuamente
meridiane di morte.
Lacrime e speranze
nelle pinnette fumanti,
negli occhi delle pecore
ring of fire,
hungry for a thousand years.
hopes in the spring, hopes
galore! Saddlebags
empty and burning tears
